American born, Japanese-British chef Tanaka has become household name in the restaurant industry and a recognised television personality with stints on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen and UKTV’s Great Food Live. With over 20 years at top London restaurants, Tanaka cut his teeth at Le Gavroche under the Roux Brothers and continued his classic French training at The Restaurant Marco Pierre White and The Square under Phillip Howard.
