Combining influences from his childhood with flavours from Cornwall and the British Ilse’s. Paul creates wonderful dishes using the best produce his local suppliers offer. Paul is now one of Britain’s greatest chefs with restaurant’s Paul Ainsworth at Number 6, a Michelin star establishment, and Rojano’s in the square, both located in the heart of Padstow and 2 years ago opened Padstow Townhouse with his wife Emma, offering accommodation which has been a dream of theirs for many years.
